This is indeed the most important day in the calendar for our indsutry - Education.
May I wish each one of the mentors / faculty and for that matter each CLite / IWSian / Anandan a very joyous Teachers Day.
Have fun. It is a good day to ask ourselves what couple of things I need to do / practice to become an even more ‘inspiring mentor’

Antiseptic Education ?
Consider the following short video clips in your mind. Play them in Eastman Colour on a 170 mm screen (not just 70 mm).
Clip One :
A small 8 room school at the foothills of a small village of about 250 homes.Two little girls are trekking up the hillslope barefeet in their half-torn school uniform (the usual white shirt and the navy blue skirt). The hill side bushes are about 2-3 feet in height. The two girls are barely a feet or so above these bushes.

Clip Two :
Another village school has just got over at about 330 PM. At least 100 young girls are walking back homes. I can’t see any homes / village for as far as my eyes can reach. And, these girls are walking back merrily to their homes which would be at least 3-4 kms away, by my conservative estimate.
