Infrastructure is great….but, what about other things ?
The toll booths have finally been inaugurated in the stretch between the Delhi airport and Gurgaon. There is another one that too has got activated along the Delhi – Jaipur highway about 35 kms or so from Gurgaon. All of us thought that we have heave a sign of relief. The reality is quite the contrary.
I had the misfortune of traveling on this long stretch on the way this weekend. The experience is infuriating, to say the least.
Who will worry about the processes, training, testing, etc,…. ?
