Since you promoted Career Launcher in 1995, the company and you have come a long way. How satisfied are you with what Career Launcher has achieved? What would you say is CL’s greatest achievement?

In some ways, CL has achieved much more than my wildest dreams as a young 24 year old entrepreneur aspirant.  In many other ways,  the newer dreams that have taken shape during the course of the journey are yet to be fulfilled. That keep me and my team of CL-ites energized.

San Antonio and the Elephant Bumping

I am just back from my annual pilgrimage to the Tie (The Indus Entrepreneur) annual Retreat. The venue was San Antonio, Texas. Even for a socially retarded being like me, the Tie Retreat has become a ‘must-do’ every year.

When will the adults learn ?

There is a myth perpetrated by the adults in this world that they are knowledgable. They claim to know the ways of the world.  They have arrogated all the wisdom to themselves. They decide what the child needs to learn.  They also decide what sequence is best for the child.  In the process,  they ensure that the child’s divine gifts, unexplainable intelligences,  deep insights,  are reduced to that of an average adult by the time the Child becomes one.  Let me give but a piece of  data or two to support my point.
